    At World Move Solutions LLP, we are committed to providing reliable, transparent, and client-focused immigration and overseas job assistance services. We understand that international relocation is a significant decision, and your trust in our services is our top priority. Below is our Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our clients.


    1. Eligibility for Refund

    We offer a refund in the following cases:

    • If World Move Solutions LLP is unable to secure a job placement abroad for the client within the mutually agreed timeframe mentioned in the service agreement.

    • The refund is applicable only if the client has fulfilled all necessary obligations, such as document submission, interview attendance, language requirements, and other pre-agreed conditions.

    • Refund is subject to verification of genuine intent and cooperation from the client during the process.


    2. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • If the client decides to cancel the application after the process has already started (including resume marketing, consultation, or visa guidance).

    • If the client fails to provide required documentation, does not attend interviews, or shows non-compliance with the program.

    • If the rejection is due to misinformation or falsified documents provided by the client.

    • If the client voluntarily withdraws or refuses a valid job offer provided through our services.


    3. Cancellation Policy

    • Clients may request to cancel the service within 7 calendar days of signing the agreement.

    • If cancellation is requested within this window and work has not yet commenced, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be considered after administrative deductions.

    • After the 7-day window or once services have begun, no cancellation-based refund will be processed.


    4. Refund Process

    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official customer support: [info@worldmovesolutions.com].

    • The request must include your full name, client ID, service package, and reason for refund.

    • Our team will acknowledge your request within 5 working days and initiate an internal review.

    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 15-20 business days, and the amount will be credited via the original payment method.


    5. Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes or concerns regarding the refund process can be escalated to our Client Grievance Cell at [info@worldmovesolutions.com]. We aim to resolve all queries professionally and fairly, within 10 business days of receiving the complaint.


    6. Important Note

    This policy is subject to change based on government rules, international job market conditions, and visa regulations. Clients will be informed in writing of any changes that may affect their service agreement.
